Digital education is made possible through the use of many key technologies. The CDE’s instructional technologists provide guidance and training for using educational technology and support all technical questions for online courses that have been developed in partnership with the CDE.

The CDE includes a talented team of Instructional Designers (IDs) who work with faculty to design student-centered learning experiences. Whether it’s an assignment, media piece, or an online or flipped course, an ID will work with faculty to ensure that learning objectives are met and students are engaged.

The CDE Production team comprises video, multimedia, and graphic design experts who can help make your content come to life. State-of-the-art studio spaces and equipment provide a plethora of media options that you can explore for your project.

The CDE’s Digital Publishing team supports faculty in the development of online courses and projects by using a professional publishing model to ensure content is published to the same high standards as textbooks and peer-reviewed journals. This includes expert guidance and support for copyright and accessibility compliance.
